The purification method comprises the following steps of: filtering kitchen waste water to remove suspended substances in the kitchen waste water, and then, separating oil-based substances from water-based substances; carrying out primary jet pressurization gas flotation treatment for 1.5-3 hours on the waste water after separation, filtering the waste water subjected to the primary jet pressurization gas flotation treatment by an overflow sand filter to remove floating slag and floating oil in the waste water, and then, removing precipitates by adopting a precipitation method; conveying the waste water into a pH value regulating tank to regulate the pH value to enable the water quality to meet requirements of biological treatment; conveying the waste water into an intermediate precipitation tank to precipitate the suspended substances in the waste water; then, carrying out aerobic treatment by adopting a biological rotating disk; and adding coagulants into the waste water after biological treatment for carrying out secondary jet pressurization gas flotation treatment, precipitating, removing the precipitates in the water, and discharging the waste water when the detection result shows that the discharge standard is achieved.
