Abstract

The invention discloses a method for converting an SCD (Substation Configuration Description) model into a dispatching center CIM (Common Information Model), which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) establishing a complete SCD model; (2) deleting models which are not needed by a primary station and minimizing the SCD model; (3) realizing mapping between the SCD model and the CIM; (4) deriving a single line drawing file in an SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format by the CIM and meanwhile establishing an association relationship between an SVG single line drawing and the CIM; (5) after the primary station obtains the CIM and the SVG single line drawing file of a substation, testing validity; and after passing the test, splicing the models and meanwhile establishing a database by the association relationship between the SVG single line drawing and the CIM. The invention can automatically explain real-time data, reduce repetitive time-consuming work which easily causes mistakes, such as manual signal check, and the like, and meet the maintenance requirement of a source terminal directly by adopting a self-describing model established by the substation.
