The invention discloses an implementation method of a CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) condition receiving system on a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) starting a CMMB program and establishing handshake communication between a base band of the mobile terminal and a CA (Certification Authority) card; (2) sending encrypted and scrambled CMMB data into the base band by a multimedia processing chip of the mobile terminal; and (3) carrying out data interchange between the base band and the CA card, wherein the base band writes the encrypted and scrambled CMMB data into the CA card for decryption and descrambling, then reading out the decrypted and descrambled CMMB data from the CA card and sending the data to the multimedia processing chip for playing. By adopting the method, the mobile terminal can be used for conveniently watching encrypted and scrambled CMMB programs in real time in a moving process, and on the premise of only upgrading software but not changing hardware, the functions of decryption and descrambling can be achieved, thereby the cost is effectively controlled.
