Abstract

The present invention relates to a culinary preparation appliance, in particular an appliance for preparing soy milk, comprising a motor unit arranged on a processing container having a bottom and a sidewall, a rotary processing tool mounted on a shaft extending from a lower portion of the motor unit, the rotary processing tool including blades surrounded by a series of deflectors arranged at thebottom of the processing container, and lateral passages provided between the deflectors. According to the invention, the deflectors have tops forming an upper passage along with the lower portion ofthe motor unit, and the rotary processing tool includes other blades inclined upward from the shaft, said other blades extending at least partially above the tops of the deflectors.
