The method is implemented as follows: collecting energy consumption subentry measurement data; collecting multiple environment parameters relevant to energy consumption equipment; collecting and storing the collected energy consumption subentry measurement data and the collected relevant multiple environment parameters; receiving, outputting and displaying energy conservation data of the energy consumption equipment obtained by comparing the energy consumption subentry measurement data in real time and receiving a control strategy obtained by analyzing and comparing the relevant multiple environment parameters; and sending a control command based on the control strategy to control the relevant energy consumption equipment to regulate relevant parameters so as to realize the aim of energy conservation.
