The distribution mechanism comprises a cam driven by a camshaft, a rocker arm driven by the cam, a valve controlled by the rocker arm and a valve spring for driving the valve to reset, wherein one end of the rocker arm abuts against the cam and is tangential to the cam, and the other end of the rocker arm is in movable connection with the top end of the valve. The distribution mechanism is characterized by being also provided with a support part which can be driven by a control mechanism to move in the length direction of the rocker arm, the top surface of the rocker arm is a smooth flat plane or cambered plane, and the bottom of the support part is in close contact with the top surface of the rocker arm.
