Abstract

Firstly, according to the warping direction and warping amount of the steel plate shape after actual quenching, calculating the difference of the steel plate tissue distribution by utilizing an established steel plate surface tissue distribution model; then obtaining the cooling speed difference of upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate by utilizing an established steel plate surface temperature model according to the tissue distribution difference of the upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate; and finally, calculating the heat transfer coefficient ratio of the upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate by utilizing an established water volume optimization model and regulating the water volume and distribution of subsequent steel plates quantitatively to control the plate shape.
