Problems solved by technology

Although this method is effective in identifying clear paths, it requires a lot of processing power, for example, to distinguish and classify different objects in the visual image, such as distinguishing a tree on the side of the road from a pedestrian walking towards the curb
These methods are slow or ineffective when dealing with complex situations, or require bulky and expensive equipment to provide the necessary processing power

Abstract

The invention relates to a better smooth road detection with transportation facility marks. A method for detecting the smooth road when vehicle driving uses the analysis of a plurality of images generated by a camera device positioned on the vehicle, wherein the method comprises monitoring these images. These images are analyzed; the analysis comprises ensuring smooth roads and ensuring the images of transportation facility marks; and the potential road surface can be estimated from other images without indicating road surfaces on the smooth roads. The method further comprises ensuring the content of transportation facility marks, the smooth road of content correction based on the transportation facility marks, and the sooth road after using the correction in vehicle navigation.
