Abstract

The invention discloses an underground refrigerating and cooling device for a coal mine, comprising a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a control system, a soft starter and a connecting line cavity, wherein a high pressure end and a low pressure end of the compressor are respectively connected with a pressure gauge; the compressor is connected with a liquid-injection solenoid valve by a motor protection refrigerating fluid injection hole and a bearing protection refrigerating fluid injection hole; and a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet of the condenser are respectively provided with a temperature sensor. The device of the invention has the advantages that a PLC, a sensor, a solenoid valve and other components of the control system are used for monitoring and controlling a plurality of parameters of equipment so as to master running conditions of the system in real time, revise and set parameters of the unit in accordance with changes of service environment, and have easy and flexible use; the soft starter can play an effective protective role in the compressor and a power grid; besides, the device of the invention adopts a semi-closed screw compressor which hasthe advantages of power conservation, low possibility of being influenced by environment, no leakage of the refrigerating fluid, high energy efficiency ratio and the like compared with the open-type compressor or the piston-type compressor.
