Abstract

The invention discloses an internet of things-based (IOT-based) refrigerator food safety guarantee method and an IOT-based refrigerator food safety guarantee system. The method comprises the following steps of: fixing radio-frequency identification tags and food to be stored together, reading radio-frequency identification tag information by using a tag reading module, designating the categories of the food corresponding to the tags by using an information input module, and deciding to adopt suggestion or defining the input days according to the suggested storage days given by a refrigerator food safety guarantee device; when the food is in a storage link, automatically detecting a food storage database and judging whether the overdue food exists by the refrigerator food safety guarantee device; and when a central processing module detects that the food is overdue, feeding the corresponding food tag information, food storage time and overdue information back to a user by a display reminding module. The method and the system are simple, easy, convenient and intuitive to use; the tags can be recycled; and the method and the system provide real-time query, are convenient for the user to learn the current storage condition of each kind of food, and are easily combined with the digital control system of the conventional refrigerator to guarantee refrigerator food safety.
