Abstract

The pipe bender comprises a frame and a bending template, wherein the middle of the frame is provided with a bedplate which is opposite to an upper template at a piston rod of a cylinder above the bedplate, and holes at the left and right sides of the upper template are respectively rotatablely fitted with end axles of left and right second roll rods; base plates of the frame at the left and right sides of the bedplate are respectively provided with a vertical cylinder, and shafts at the front and rear ends of a first roll rod are respectively and rotatablely fitted with holes at the middle parts of front and rear rocking plates; and a connecting rod at the lower end of the rocking plate is hinged with a piston rod of the vertical cylinder, and holes at the upper ends of the front and rear rocking plates are rotatablely fitted with two end axles of the second roll rod.
