Abstract

The invention provides a beverage container, which is provided with a replaceable component preventing leakage of a drinking outlet during carriage and also preventing misdrinking of the component. The beverage container (1) is provided with: a container body (2) provided with an outflow part (15) for outflow of beverage; of a cup cover (3) provided with an installation part (21) in the inner side and opposite to the outflow part; a fixed part (32) fixed at the installation part and a sealing member (6) blocking the outflow part when the cup cover is closed; a sealing pressing construction member (7) fixing the fixed part at the installation part, wherein, the sealing pressing construction member (7) can move between an assemble and disassemble position capable of assembling and disassembling corresponding to the installation part and a fixing position for fixing the sealing member, a press-in part (43a) is disposed on the sealing pressing construction member (7), when the sealing pressing construction member (7) moves between the assemble and disassemble position and the fixing position, the press-in part makes the sealing pressing construction member (7) in deflection, increasing elastic deformation of the fixing part compared with elastic deformation at the fixing position.
