Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method, a control device and a control system for local internet protocol (IP) access or selected IP traffic offload for realizing high-efficiency local IP access (LIPA) or selected IP traffic offload (SIPTO). The method comprises that: a base station or an access gateway locally maintains an allowed member list of the LIPA or the SIPTO; an access request of the LIPA or the SIPTO from a terminal (UE) is received, wherein the access request of the LIPA or the SIPTO carries an identifier of the UE; and if the identifier of the UE is in the allowed member list of the LIPA or the SIPTO, the UE is allowed to execute the LIPA or SIPTO service.
