When the coverage of the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is not comprehensive enough and the reliability of the periodic uplink control information which is originally transmitted in the PUCCH can not be ensured, the transmissionperformance of the uplink control information can be greatly increased by reporting uplink control information periodically through the PUSCH.
