Abstract

The invention discloses a test bench for a hydraulic excavator pump valve, comprising a power mechanism, a hydraulic pump operating platform, a control platform, a pump test platform mechanism, a main control valve test platform mechanism and connecting pipelines. The test bench is characterized in that the power mechanism comprises a variable-frequency motor and a torque sensor, wherein the control end of the variable-frequency motor is connected with the control platform; the signal output end of the torque sensor is connected with the control platform; the pump test platform mechanism comprises two hydraulic pipelines which are connected in parallel; the two hydraulic pipelines are internally and respectively provided with a first hydraulic control device and a second hydraulic controldevice, output ports of which are connected with an oil tank by a first flow meter; the main control valve test platform mechanism is provided with a hydraulic pipeline for connecting a hydraulic pump and a main control valve to be tested; a second flow meter is arranged in the hydraulic pipelines in series, and the main control valve test platform mechanism further comprises a hydraulic loop connected with the main control valve; and a third adjustable overflow valve and a third flow meter are connected in the hydraulic loop in series.
