Abstract

The mechanism comprises a bracket, a power device, a note-blocking mechanism, a seal affixing mechanism and a clamping mechanism, wherein the bracket comprises two lateral plates which are mutually parallel and are longitudinally arranged; the power device is fixedly connected with the upper parts of the lateral plates and comprises a motor and an output shaft thereof; the note-blocking mechanism comprises a cam mounted on the output shaft and a lever mechanism; one end of the lever mechanism abutts against the edge of the cam; a note-blocking baffle is mounted at the end part of the other end of the lever mechanism; the seal affixing mechanism comprises a seal holder, an eccentric wheel and a pendulum rod; the seal holder is arranged between the two lateral plates; the eccentric wheel is mounted on the output shaft; one end of the pendulum rod is hinged with one lateral plate, a small chute at the other end of the pendulum rod is glidingly connected with a seal holder connecting rod of the seal holder; and the clamping mechanism comprises a note-pressing connecting rod, a note-pressing lever and a note-pressing mandril. The invention can be used in automatic bank note processing equipment or assembly line or can be singly used in a mechanism for affixing the seal on a bank note bundle and is only provided with one power source so that the advantages of simplifying equipment, decreasing cost and improving efficiency are achieved.
