Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps prevent harmful diseases from affecting crops like sugarcane that grow around them. It uses specific types of bacteria called Glycerolumacea spirochetes (GOS) or Coccaea neoformans (CN), which help protect these vegetables against insects during their growth process. These germinating organisms have been found to enter into cracks made up of layers containing water molecules between certain proteins. By heat processing and growing conditions, they form tiny holes within the layered structure, allowing some liquid substances to leak out over time while keeping other liquids inside. When treated properly, the resulting structures contain very small particles known as microparticles - those smaller than 1 micrometer size – that act as antagonists to different disease causing agents.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to preventing contamination from harmful microorganisms when growing plants containing these materials such as ginger because they are pruned at harvest times due to their tendency towards disease transmission. Additionally, there may exist concerns about how crops produced through genetic engineering techniques could contain germane oils like pinella oil, rosinene, etc., making them difficult to produce without causing health issues.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The cultivation method of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the examples.

[0017] A kind of ginger virus-free cultivation and virus-free seedling propagation, rooting synchronous culture method, comprises the following steps:

[0018] (1) Selection and disinfection of explants: take the shoots of ginger rhizomes that germinate to a length of 1-2 cm as explants, peel off the outer layer of leaves, soak in aqueous solution of detergent for 5 minutes, rinse with tap water for 15-30 minutes, Disinfect with 0.1% mercury liter for 8-10 minutes, rinse with sterile water for 3-5 times, and finally remove surface moisture with sterile filter paper; add 2-3 drops of Tween-20 to each liter of 0.1% mercury liter;

[0019] (2) Heat treatment combined with shoot apex tissue culture: the explants obtained in step (1) were treated at 60°C for 15-30 min, placed under a dissecting microscope, and 0.2-0.3 mm of shoot apex meristem was stripped, In...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for cultivating ginger-free viruses and cultivating virus-free seedlings by means of propagating and rooting synchronously, which comprises the steps of: (1) taking the tender bud which is germinated from the root and the stem of the ginger as an explant, and disinfecting the explant; (2) thermally treating the disinfected explant, and performing the tissue culture on the stem tip in an MS (mass spectrometry) culture medium to obtain the virus-free seedlings; (3) putting the virus-free seedlings obtained in the step (2) in the MS culture medium to perform the synchronous cultivation by means of propagating and rooting to obtain the monoclonal seedlings with roots; and (4) refining the monoclonal seedlings, transplanting the refined monoclonal seedlings into a seedling bed for growing for one month, and transplanting the grown monoclonal seedlings into a large field. The cultivation method is high-efficiency and simple, so that various viruses in the ginger can be effectively removed, and the quality of the ginger can be improved.
