Abstract

A blowing tank is arranged on a ground and comprises a blowing tank body, a fluidized gas regulating valve, a weighing sensor and a fluidized bed device, wherein the fluidized gas regulating valve is arranged at an exit at the bottom of the blowing tank body, and the fluidized bed device is connected with the fluidized gas regulating valve; the weighing sensor is arranged at the outer side of the blowing tank and connected with a weighing device; a control valve station comprises a pressurization valve, a feeding valve, a pressure transmitter, a first pressure release valve and a second pressure release valve which are respectively connected with the top of the blowing tank body through pipelines; a pipeline auxiliary blowing device is connected to the top of the blowing tank body through the pressurization valve and connected to the fluidized bed device through the gas regulating valve; and a throat regulating valve is arranged at the exit of the fluidized bed device. The method comprises the following steps of: feeding, pressurizing, blowing, controlling related valves of the blowing tank and the like.
