The invention discloses a noise-reducing air-inlet structure for a vehicle air conditioner. The noise-reducing air-inlet structure comprises a shell, an air inlet and an air outlet. An air inlet baffle is arranged at the air inlet. A noise-reducing baffle is also arranged at the air inlet. The noise-reducing baffle is arranged in an escaping route through which air escapes from an inner shell cavity to the air inlet. The noise-reducing baffle (5) is arranged at the position of the air inlet of an air conditioner in the noise-reducing air-inlet structure and is flush with the air inlet baffle (4). The edge of the noise-reducing baffle (5), which shields the air inlet (2), is in a wave shape. An arc between straight lines connected with the head and tail pars of the waved edge of the noise-reducing baffle (5) respectively accounts for a quarter of the circumference of the air inlet baffle (4). Due to the adoption of the above noise-reducing air-inlet structure, an air flow field is changed, the airflow is more uniform and the flow resistance loss is reduced, thereby efficiently reducing the noise of an air conditioner assembly and the noise on the whole car caused by the air conditioner assembly and simultaneously increasing the pressure resistance of the air conditioner.
