Abstract

The invention relates to a detachable die for manufacturing a ventilation port of an RC (Reinforced Concrete) floor slab and a construction method of the ventilation port. According to the invention, a plurality of space-stop racks, packing racks, wedged spacer blocks and wedged packing blocks are assembled to form half cylindrical formworks; the half cylindrical formworks are combined to form a hollow cylinder which is used for manufacturing the ventilation port of the floor slab; after the floor slab is manufactured, the wedged spacer blocks are taken out and the connection among various half cylindrical formworks is removed by using the wedged packing blocks, thus the half cylindrical formworks are demoulded and left for a next cement casting and processing area, and further the cost adopting the mode is reduced by about 30 percent compared with that of the mode reserving the half cylindrical formworks among the ventilation ports. In addition, the amount of the half cylindrical formworks needed to be manufactured for standby use is reduced, the construction period can be greatly shortened and the field for warehousing the half cylindrical formworks can be also greatly reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a mold capable of making an air vent on a concrete floor and a construction method for the air vent. Background technique [0002] High-tech electronic factories, such as LCD panel factories, wafer factories, memory factories, etc., must be in a dust-free environment to manufacture high-quality products due to the need for process precision. Among them, in the clean room of the high-tech electronic factory building, the floor generally adopts a lattice beam system, and a lot of air vents are reserved at intervals on the floor to filter the air in the clean room cyclically. [0003] see Figure 10 As shown, one of the prior art methods for making air vents on the floor is to first arrange a plurality of lattice beam molds 80 on the formwork, and the lattice beam molds 80 are integrally formed by engineering plastic injection. A lattice beam mold 80 is formed with four circular pipe portions 82 on a base plate 81, and then after...
