Embodiment 1

[0070] Indoor Toxicity Determination and Mixing Screening of Bacod and Polyoxin against Cucumber Downy Mildew

[0071] The indoor toxicity of different ratios of Bacoud and polyoxin to cucumber downy mildew was determined by spraying method.

[0072] According to Sun Yunpei's method, the toxicity index of each agent and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of the mixture are calculated. When CTC ≤ 80, the composition exhibits antagonistic effect; when 80<CTC<120, the composition exhibits additive effect. effect, when CTC ≥ 120, the composition exhibits a synergistic effect.

[0073] Actual Toxicity Index (ATI) = (standard drug EC 50 / Test agent EC 50 )X100

[0074] Theoretical Toxicity Index (TTI) = Toxicity Index of Agent A X The Percentage of A in the Mixture + Toxicity Index of B Agent X The Percentage of B in the Mixture

[0075] Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) = [mixture measured toxicity index (ATI) / mixture theoretical toxicity index (TTI)] X100

[0080] Indoor Toxicity Determination of Baquet and Polyoxin against Apple Leaf Spot

[0081] The indoor virulence of different ratios of Bacoud and polyoxin against apple spot defoliation was determined by spraying method.

[0082]

[0083] Table 2 Indoor toxicity determination and ratio screening of Baquet and polyoxin against apple leaf spot disease

[0084]

[0085] The results showed that there was an obvious synergistic effect between Baquet and polyoxin in the ratio of 100:1-1:1, and the co-toxicity coefficient was over 120.

[0088] Indoor Toxicity Determination of Combination of Baquet and Polyoxin against Botrytis cinerea

[0089] The indoor toxicity of different ratios of Bacoud and polyoxin to Botrytis cinerea was determined by spraying method.

[0090] Table 3 Indoor toxicity test and ratio screening of Baquet and polyoxin against Botrytis cinerea

[0091]

[0092] The results showed that there was an obvious synergistic effect between Baquet and polyoxin at a ratio of 300:1-1:1, and the co-toxicity coefficient was over 120.

Abstract

The invention relates to a germicide composition with synergistic effect, in particular to a germicide composition containing iminoctadine tris(albesilate) (bellkute) and polyoxin. The composition contains A) iminoctadine tris(albesilate) (bellkute) and B) polyoxin, wherein the chemical name of A) is 1,1'-iminobis(1,8-octadienyl) iminoctadine tris; the chemical name of B) is 5-{[2-amino-5-O-(aminocarbonyl)-2-deoxy-L-xylosyl]amino}-1,5-dideoxy-1-[3,4-dihydro-5-(hydroxymethyl)-2,4-dioxo-1(2H)-pyrimidyl]-beta-D-sec-D-glucuronic acid; and the mass ratio of the compound A to the compound B is (500:1)-(1:1). The invention provides application of the germicide composition to control of crop diseases. The germicide composition is used for controlling crop powdery mildew and gray mold.

Description

technical field [0001] The fungicide composition of the present invention relates to a fungicide composition with a synergistic effect, especially a fungicide composition containing biguanide trioctylbenzene sulfonate (Baccarat) and polyamycin . Background technique [0002] A variety of fungal diseases often occur on agricultural and horticultural crops (cereals, fruits, vegetables, flowers), such as black spot, powdery mildew, blight, fusarium wilt, gray mold, scab, anthracnose, leaf spot disease, early blight etc. [0003] Biguanide trioctyl benzene sulfonate (Bacoud), biguanide octylamine, mainly plays a role in the biosynthesis of lipid compounds and cell membrane function of fungi, and inhibits spore germination, germ tube elongation, appressoria and hyphae Formation, is a class of contact and preventive fungicides. It has a good control effect on tomato, grape gray mold, apple leaf spot, cucumber powdery mildew, and watermelon blight. However, the single prev...
