The hollow fiber composite membrane consists of a braided tube layer and a polymer membrane layer; and meanwhile, the extraction phase and the feed liquid phase are fully mixed before entering the membrane by utilizing a mixer, the dispersing effect of the extraction phase liquid drops in the feed liquid phase is improved, the contact probability of the liquid membrane and the feed liquid solution is enhanced, and the mass transfer efficiency is improved.
