The invention discloses an immobilized enzyme membrane reaction system and application thereof in preparation of flaxseed oligosaccharides, and an immobilized enzyme membrane assembly comprises a polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane and polygalacturonase which are connected through a covalent bond; an integrated system with high catalytic efficiency, excellent operation stability and good membrane function retentivity is constructed through collaborative design and fine regulation and control of a carrier interface, immobilized chemistry and reaction-separation coupling conditions, so that the existing limitation is broken through, and the method is suitable for industrial production. And a feasible technical scheme is provided for green, efficient and continuous production of flaxseed oligosaccharide and other products.
