It includes a battery lighting lamp composed of at least one high-brightness LED lamp and its spotlight cover, circuit board, circuit module, casing and light-transmitting lens. A rotating seat is fixed on the lower side of the lighting lamp casing. The rotation positioning pin shaft is movably connected with a fixed seat, a strong magnet is placed in the fixed seat, and a telescopic spring lead is drawn out on the circuit board, and the outer end of the spring lead is connected with a power plug.
