The device comprises pipe reactors, a pipe kettle connection pipeline, a kettle reactor, a kettle pipe connection pipeline and various accessories; the pipe reactors are hollow pipes, mixed components which have the disturbance action on fluid, or static mixers, and chemical fillers are arranged in pipes of the pipe reactors; a using method comprises the following steps that: materials to be reacted enter the pipe reactors, flow, are mixed and reacted, and transfer heat simultaneously, and materials flowing out of the pipe reactors enter the kettle reactor and are reacted continuously; materials in the kettle reactor circularly enter the pipe reactors so as to finish reaction; and the diameters and lengths of the pipe reactors are adjusted to ensure that reaction is only performed in the pipe reactors. The reaction devices ensure that materials participating in reaction are quickly mixed on feed parts and reaction heat is transferred timely, and defects of nonuniform concentration distribution and local overheating in the conventional kettle reactor can be overcome.
