Embodiment 1

[0019] After extracting human feces from the septic tank, filter out the sundries through a mesh screen with a hole size of 2 cm, add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials (see Table 1), stir evenly, and prepare compost. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 4cm, and insert an appropriate amount of Chrysocephala macrocephala eggs on the surface of the culture material. The culture temperature was set at 30°C, and the eggs of Chrysocephala macrocephala hatched into larvae on the 2nd day, and began to decompose and transform the compost. Properly replenish water during the cultivation process to prevent excessive temperature rise. On the 4th day, a larger container was placed outside the culture container, and dry rice bran powder was sprinkled in it to facilitate the collection of mature golden fly maggots. After 4~5 days, the larvae of Chrysocephala macrocephala have reached the mature state, and they climbed out...

Embodiment 2

[0023] After extracting the human feces from the septic tank, filter out the sundries through a mesh screen with a hole size of 6 cm, add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials (see Table 2), stir evenly, and prepare compost. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 6cm, and insert an appropriate amount of Chrysocephala macrocephala eggs on the surface of the culture material. The culture temperature was set at 25°C, and the eggs of Chrysocephala macrocephala hatched into larvae on the 2nd day, and began to decompose and transform the compost. Properly replenish water during the cultivation process to prevent excessive temperature rise. On the 4th day, a larger container was placed outside the culture container, and dry rice bran powder was sprinkled in it to facilitate the collection of mature golden fly maggots. After 4~5 days, the larvae of Chrysocephala macrocephala have reached the mature state, and they climb o...

Embodiment 3

[0027] After extracting human feces from the septic tank, filter out the sundries through a mesh screen with a hole size of 8 cm, add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials (see Table 3), stir evenly, and prepare compost. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 8cm, and insert an appropriate amount of Chrysocephala macrocephala eggs on the surface of the culture material. Chrysocephala eggs hatched into larvae on the 2nd day and began to decompose and transform the compost. The culture temperature was set at 25°C, and water was properly supplemented during the culture process to prevent the temperature from rising too high. On the 4th day, a larger container was placed outside the culture container, and dry rice bran powder was sprinkled in it to facilitate the collection of mature golden fly maggots. After 4-5 days, when the larvae of Chrysocephala macrocephala have reached maturity, they climb out of the compost a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing organic fertilizer from human manure treated by Chrysomya megacephala, and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection. Manure slag is filtered through a mesh screen with an aperture of 2-10 cm, added with accessories to prepare a culture material; a culture material surface is inoculated with Chrysomya megacephala ovums and cultured for 4-5 days at 25-35 DEG C; the culture material is collected, dried and prepared into an organic fertilizer; and the accessories comprise feather meal, meat bone meal, sawdust and straw powder. The method of the invention has strong treatment capability, small land occupation, low energy consumption in the treatment; during the human manure slag treatment, microbial organic fertilizer and Chrysomya megacephala larva bioprotein are obtained, so as to realize resource utilization of human manure slag, changing waste into valuables, improve environment health as well as produce organic fertilizer and bioprotein; therefore the method has promising application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feces treatment method, which belongs to the field of environmental protection, in particular to a method for preparing organic fertilizer and insect protein by treating human feces with Chrysocephala botany. Background technique [0002] Every day, large and medium-sized cities pump out a large amount of human feces from the septic tanks of public toilets. Otherwise, these human feces will have the environmental risk of overflowing after the tank is full. A big problem. At present, the main treatment method for urban human excrement is to pull it to landfill after dehydration or air-drying. A small amount of human waste is used for microbial fermentation composting. [0003] Although the method of landfill is simple and convenient, the processing cost is high, the time is long, and it takes up a lot of land.
