Abstract

The waterproof method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: (1) eliminating sundries between slab joints of the blanket plate, brushing floating rust by utilizing a steel wire brush, and wiping by utilizing cotton silks; (2) filling a first PE (polyester) foaming rod layer, and placing the foaming rod at a position 80mm deep in the slab joint; (3) continuously filling the slab joint with the polyurethane waterproof coating, wherein filling depth is 50-60mm, and a cross-shaped joint position crossing the blanket plate is required to be continuously filled during filling; (4) filling a second PE foaming rod layer, wherein the second PE foaming rod layer is 10mm away from the top of the plate; (5) filling the rest of slab joints to the top of the plate with the polyurethane waterproof coating, filling in twice, filling the slab joint to be smooth after curing, wherein height of filling for the first time is 2-3mm lower than the edge of the blanket plate, and the cross-shaped joint position crossing the blanket plate is required to be continuously filled during the filling; (6) repeating the steps (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) to complete waterproofing work on the slab joints of the blanket plate; and (7) standing for at least 24 hours.
