Abstract

The vascular compression haemostatic device comprises a shell and a motor, a drive system, a pressure applying piece as well as a controller contained in the shell; the motor is connected to a battery in the shell or an external power source outside the shell; the drive system is connected between the motor and the pressure applying piece to convert a rotary movement of an output shaft of the motor into a linear movement of the pressure applying piece; the controller is connected to the motor to control operation / stalling of the motor and a rotation direction of the output shaft of the motor; and the rotary movement of the output shaft of the motor along first and second rotation directions leads to the linear movement of the pressure applying piece along the direction towards or far away from the vessel.
