The suspension type monorail traffic system comprises rails and the suspension type monorail trolley, the rails include a left rail and a right rail, and the supporting wheels of the left travelling mechanism and the right travelling mechanism move on the left rail and the right rail respectively. Main portions of the wheel trains are arranged above the left rail and the right rail, main portions of the lifting mechanisms are arranged below the left rail and the right rail, and each wheel train is connected with the corresponding lifting mechanism through a gap reserved between the left rail and the right rail.
