The jacking and rotating mechanism comprises a rack, a conveying table for conveying the products and arranged on the rack, a rotating platform used for supporting the products and having an initial position inlaid in the conveying table and a rotating position located above the conveying table and a jacking and rotating assembly connectedwith the rotating platform and arranged in an up-down moving mode so as to enable the rotating platform to be located in the initial position or the rotating position. Moreover, the jacking and rotating assembly is rotatably arranged and can be made to drive the rotating platform to rotate by a preset angle when the rotating platform is located in the rotating position and enable the products torotate by the preset angle.
