Problems solved by technology

This existing technology also has a high risk of contamination
In fact, during the sealing process of the spout, some substances may pour out of the bag
Also, there may be some oxygen present in the bag, which causes oxidation of the stored material

Embodiment Construction

[0025] Please refer to the accompanying drawings, 1 represents a bag for storing at least one substance. For example, the substance stored in the bag 1 is a liquid. Preferably, the substance is a beverage, such as water, milk, fruit juice or the like. Alternatively, the substance is a pharmaceutical compound.

[0026] The bag has an outlet 2, adjacent to the free side 3 of the bag 1, for removing substances. The empty bag 1 generally extends in two directions (for simplicity, the thickness is omitted): the first direction d1 is defined as the flow direction of the material during the process of taking out the material, and the second direction d2 is defined as the direction perpendicular to the first direction d1. Along the first direction d1 the bag 1 extends in length and in the second direction d2 the bag 1 extends in width. In this embodiment, the bag 1 itself has a bottom 1a opposite the outlet 2 of the bag 1 with respect to the first direction d1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a packaging bag (100) comprising a pouch (1) for storing at least one substance, said pouch (1) being provided with an outlet (2) for extracting the substance and with inner layers (6a, 6b) partly attached to the pouch (1) and partly detached from said pouch (1) so to leave free strips (8a, 8b) at the outlet (2), said free strips (8a, 8b) being joinable together to obtain a sealed membrane (11) for closing a tillable aseptic housing (9) storing the substance, a spout (13) being located off said aseptic housing (9) and fixed to the pouch (1).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a bag for storing at least one substance, a packaging bag comprising said bag and a method for its preparation. [0002] In particular, the packaging bag is used for packaging food or pharmaceutical compounds. Specifically, the substance stored in the bag is liquid or powder. Background technique [0003] As is well known, packaging bags can be empty (in which case it is more appropriate to call them sachets) or already filled with the substance to be stored and have a spout. Typically, pouches are shaped from flexible sheets such as plastic, bonded paper, or coated aluminum foil. The specific method is: two layers of panels are stacked on top of each other and then sealed together for a section corresponding to the outer perimeter of the panels themselves. Another section of the outer perimeter is left unsealed, defining an opening for insertion of the spout. The spout portion is inserted into said opening, which i...
