According to the invention, the movable back can be moved back and forth through the telescoping rod, when moved back, the movable back functions as a backrest and enables people to feel comfortable, and when moved forth, the movable back can be used as a temporary desk which is provided with a cup groove and a pen groove to prevent a pen from falling; when the folding stool is unfolded through the movable hinge and the legs of the folding stool are unfolded through the movable hinge and made to be perpendicular to the folding stool and to be supported by the ground, a double chair is formed; the folding stool can be folded and arranged below the chair when not used, thereby saving space.
