Embodiment 1

[0023] Example 1: Bacteria Quantitative Killing Test and Fungal Killing Test

[0024] In order to evaluate the killing effect of the preservative of the present invention on microorganisms, according to the disinfection technical specification (2002 edition), the quantitative killing test of bacteria and the killing test of fungi were carried out respectively. Strain selection: Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Candida albicans ATCC 10231. The use concentration and action time were set to be diluted 20 times and 6h, respectively.

[0025] Repeat the test 3 times according to the specified concentration of use and action time, and the suspension quantitative killing test (see Table 1), the logarithmic value of killing each time of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli is all ≥ 5.00; each of Candida albicans The killing logarithms of the two tests are all ≥ 4.00, which is judged as qualified for disinfection.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Example 2: Injection antisepsis experiment on laboratory mice

[0030] After killing a group of experimental mice using 0.1mL / 1Kg Sumianxin II (for veterinary use), inject preservatives into the heart at a dose of 25mL / 100g, place them in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and store them at room temperature for 30 days (2010 From May 5th to June 4th, 2010), observe the antiseptic effect. On the 3rd day, 7th day, 14th day, and 30th day of the experiment, one mouse was taken for dissection, and the skeletal muscle, intestine, heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other tissues were cut out respectively, fixed, paraffin sectioned, and Xylin-eosin staining, microscope observation and photography. In this experiment, FineFIX preservative was used as control (FineFIX is a new formalin-free fixative patented by Italian Milestone for morphological research), and sterilized saline was used as blank control. Experimental mice were purchased from the Experimental Animal Center of...

Embodiment 3

[0034] Example 3: Anti-corrosion experiment of medical school remains

[0035] Choose an adult male corpse (about 60Kg in body weight) in a certain medical university, arterial perfusion and thoracoperitoneal injection of about 25000mL of the preservative of the present invention, closely observe the results of the antiseptic experiment. Results: After being placed at room temperature for 5 months, the body has no obvious corruption and no odor from the appearance observation, and the preservative of the present invention can basically maintain the inherent shape and structure of cells and tissues under the histological morphology and pathological section microscope observation.

Abstract

The invention relates to a low-toxicity, environment-friendly short-term remains preservative based on alcohols and usage thereof. The remains preservative mainly comprises 60 to 75 percent of ethanol, 5 to 20 percent of propylene glycol, 3 to 15 percent of organic acid, 0 to 0.3 percent of essence and 10 to 40 percent of distilled water according to volumetric proportion as well as 0.2 to 10 percent of nipagin ester, 0.3 to 3 percent of thymol, 0.5 to 3 percent of mannitol (or sorbierite) and 0.05 to 0.5 percent of low-toxicity metal salt according to weight ratio. The invention can adopt the immersion method or the infusion method to preserve and fix remains (tissues), and the preservative can be infused via the aorta (arch) and injected via the thoracic cavity and the abdominal cavity, and has the fast and effective effects of disinfection, embalmment and preservation. The preservative is highly antibacterial, can effectively prevent bacteria from corroding the remains and the autolysis of the tissues, can be used as histocyte fixative, and is applicable to short-term remains embalmment or specimen preservation in domestic and foreign funeral homes and medical academies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the antiseptic preservation technology of remains in the field of funeral and interment and the field of human anatomy teaching and scientific research, in particular to a low-toxic and environment-friendly short-term antiseptic for remains and a method for using the same. Background technique [0002] After the death of a person or animal, if the body is not embalmed and fixed, the tissue will autolyze, rot, and gradually disintegrate. In order to prevent the corrosion of bacteria and the autolysis of tissues, the remains (cadavers), tissues and anatomical objects must be embalmed and fixed. Remains antisepsis refers to the use of physical and chemical methods to prevent or slow down the further development of the decay process of the remains within a period of time, so that the remains can be kept in a relatively good state and possible disease transmission can be prevented for funeral activities or anatomy teaching research...
