The scheme is characterized in that
liquid nitrogen and the clamping plates are used for cold exchange,
slow cooling to a set temperature is carried out, then the
liquid nitrogen is used in a
liquid nitrogen covering and immersion mode to rapidly cool to the liquid
nitrogen temperature. The scheme can make the
extracellular crystals and the
intracellular solution reach
vitrification, reduce the damage of cooling to the
tumor tissue, and ensure the activity of the
tumor tissue cells.
