Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an information transmitting device, which comprises a coding module and at least two modulation transmission modules, wherein the coding module is used for performing space frequency block coding and frequency switching transmission diversity combined coding on symbolic streams, and transmitting code streams formed through coding to two base stations which are respectively provided with at least two antennae and are adjacent to each other, wherein the code streams obtained by the base stations are different and comprise all modulation symbols in the symbolic streams; and the modulation transmission module maps symbols in each path of code stream to an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) subcarrier on a corresponding antenna for OFDM modulation, and the symbols are transmitted by the corresponding antenna.
