The device is characterized in that a subsidiary target is added between a fourth light-emitting target and a multilayer film reflector, and the subsidiary target is bonded on a corresponding subsidiary target holder in a tilting mode, thus the upper end of the subsidiary target is higher than the plane of an upper edge of a support of the multilayer film reflector; and during the on-line regulating process of a target chamber, the configuration situation of each light-emitting target can be known through observing the position of the subsidiary target by a collimator tube, and the aim of light-emitting target regulation is achieved through operating the subsidiary target. According to the invention, the problem that the multilayer film reflector shields the sight of a sixth collimator tube behind the multilayer film reflector during the on-line regulating process of a target range is solved, and the posture of the light-emitting target device can be monitored effectively in real time through the sixth collimator tube. The experiment shows that thelight-emitting target device disclosed by the invention also has the characteristics of convenience in regulating, good stability and high regulating accuracy.
