Embodiment Construction

[0027] refer to figure 1 , the time-frequency domain spectrum extraction method of a kind of rotary machinery mixed signal provided by the invention, it comprises the steps:

[0028] Step 1: Perform normalized preprocessing on the collected vibration signals to obtain normalized vibration signals:

[0029] S n ( t ) = ( S ( t ) - S ‾ ) / std ( S ( t ) )

[0030] Among them, S n (t) and S(t) represent the normalized vibration signal and the original vibration signal, respectively, Indicates the mean value of the original vibration signal, and std(S(t)) indicates the standard deviation of the or...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting a time-frequency domain spectrum of mixed signals of rotating machinery. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out normalization pre-processing on collected vibration signals at first, and carrying out time-frequency analysis to obtain instantaneous parameters representing non-steady signal characteristics, namely short-time Fourier transform coefficients; then, calculating a spectrogram, and carrying out non-negative matrix factorization on the spectrogram with the order number r of 1; and finally, obtaining a characteristic spectrum of original vibration signals from a factorized basis matrix. The method disclosed by the invention is capable of extracting the characteristic spectrum rapidly and accurately and effectively reducing interference of outside noise at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The technology relates to a method for extracting characteristic spectrum of rotating machinery, in particular to a time-frequency domain spectrum extraction method capable of effectively extracting mixed signals of rotating machinery with blind signal separation, belonging to the field of signal processing. Background technique [0002] A large part of mechanical equipment is rotating machinery. Rotating machinery refers to steam turbines, blowers, generators, compressors, water turbines, electric motors, etc. The main components include rotors, bearings supporting rotors, stators or machine housings, couplings, etc. It involves power, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other important engineering fields. [0003] The time-frequency analysis of mixed signals of rotating machinery is an important field of signal processing, and its research object is mainly non-stationary signals. The task of time-frequency anal...
