Problems solved by technology

Generally, when wool yarn mills deal with such problems, they use the method of humidifying the wool yarn in the moisture regain workshop to make the moisture regain of the yarn reach the specified moisture regain. However, this method takes a long time, generally takes 48 hours, and the production workshop needs to produce a lot of Yarns and stacking sites are also problems, so a new simple and practical method is used to solve the problem

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel method for controlling moisture regain of wool yarns, which mainly comprises a yarn steaming machine. The power of a negative-pressure pump of the yarn steaming machine is increased under negative pressure of the yarn steaming machine, so that vacuum degree of the yarn steaming machine is promoted. Wool requiring moisture regain is placed in the yarn steaming machine, and steam is fed into the yarn steaming machine at 50-60 DEG C for circulation for two to three times. Moisture regain of the wool can be increased effectively to reach commercial moisture regain without affecting the wool yarns and shaping. Different wool yarns require different moisture regains, which can be met by changing vacuum degrees, temperature and circulation times. The method is simple, convenient, short in usage time and effective in moisture regain, enormous benefits can be brought for enterprises, and profits of the enterprises can be maintained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for controlling moisture regain, in particular to a new method for controlling moisture regain of wool yarn. Background technique [0002] The resurgence of wool yarn is very important to wool yarn production plants, and it is related to the economic interests of woolen sweater factories. When the resurgence is too low, if the customer requires real-weight delivery, then the yarn factory will give more yarn to the customer. The more the resurgence is lower than the official resurgence, the more the yarn factory will give. The increase of the resurgence to the public resurgence is a big problem that plagues spinning mills. Generally, the moisture regain of the finished product during the production process of the spinning mill is about 13%, and only about 11% in some cases. The official moisture regain of wool yarn is 15%. If the actual moisture regain of the delivery is 11%, there must be a difference in weight 4%, t...
