Abstract

The invention discloses an Internet protocol version (IPV)6 network access authentication method, an IPV6 network access authentication device and an IPV6 network access authentication system. The method comprises the following steps that: an access gateway receives an access request message which is sent by a client through a socket protocol and comprises client identification information; the access gateway determines whether the client is in accordance with a set Internet authority according to the client identification information; and when determining that the client is in accordance with the Internet authority, the access gateway returns an access success message to the client through the socket protocol. According to the embodiment, the access request message with the client identification information is transmitted through the socket protocol; therefore, when the access gateway is connected with a plurality of clients, only one socket port number needs to be supplied; and demands of a large number of users can be met.
