The manufacturing method of the decorative substrate comprises the steps of: (A) providing a substrate; (B) forming a coloring layer on an upper surface of the substrate; (C) forming a photocurable adhesive film on an upper surface of the coloring layer; (D) covering a flexible transparent stamping die on an upper surface of the photocurable adhesive film; (E) applying force to press on an upper surface of the flexible transparent stamping die, so as to stamp a surface embossing of the flexible transparent stamping die on the upper surface of the photocurable adhesive film; (F) providing a light source, wherein light from the light source penetrates the flexible transparent stamping die and irradiates on the photocurable adhesive film; and (G) removing the flexible transparent stamping die. Therefore, the manufacturing method of the present invention has the advantages of environment protection, simple manufacturing process, low cost, high manufacturing efficiency, elastic design, and various moulding embossings, and is suitable for mass production.
