Problems solved by technology

However, in a circular sling such as a resin-coated sling, each strand bundle spirally rotates in the circumferential direction of the sling, so it is difficult to cause current to flow through the strand bundles by inserting electrodes from the sling circumferential direction.
In addition, in the slings whose steel wires are covered with resin disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 3, when the sling is cut during the installation work of the sling, when the cutting device is cut from the circumferential direction of the sling toward the center, Under the action of the shear force in the direction, the sling may be deformed, etc., which may cause contact between adjacent strand bundles at the cut surface of the sling, or contact between flexible steel wires
In the case where the contact between the strands of the cut surface of the sling occurs, the contact between the strands inside the resin-coated sling cannot be detected

Embodiment Construction

[0062] Embodiments of the elevator installation with the rope inspection device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[0063] figure 1 It is a block diagram of an elevator installation with a rope inspection device according to an embodiment of the elevator installation according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, a sheave 2 is installed on the winch, and a resin-coated sling 1 is wound around the sheave 2. With the sheave as the center, an elevator car 3 is suspended on one side, and on the opposite side. A counterweight 4 for maintaining balance with the elevator car is suspended, and the resin-coated sling 1 is supported on the building through a sling support sleeve 5 and a rope head rod 6 . The sling inspection device main body 8 is attached to the resin-coated sling end 101 through the connector 7 . In this manner, in the elevator equipment of the present embodiment, the elevator car 3 and the counter...

Abstract

The invention aims to provide a cable maintenance device and a piece of elevator equipment with such a cable maintenance device, in which independent current respectively flows through each cord bundle that constitutes a resin-wrapped cable so as to determine whether the cord bundles are contacted with each other. The elevator equipment of the invention has lift bodies (3, 4), cables (1) and a cable hoist. Each cable (1) has a core portion, multiple core bundles and an outer resin layer. The core portion is made of resin and is disposed in the middle of the cables. The multiple core bundles are formed by twisting strands of conductors. The outer resin layer covers the core portion and the outer periphery of the multiple core bundles. Furthermore, the elevator equipment also comprises a cable maintenance device, where the end portions of the cables are equipped with a connector (7). Independent current flows through each cord bundle through wires (9) to detect the state of the current, thereby determining whether the cord bundles are contacted with each other.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an elevator equipment with a sling inspection device and the sling inspection device. Background technique [0002] The existing traction elevator is constructed such that the steel wire rope is wound on the sheave of the winch, and the elevator car is suspended on one side with the sheave as the center, and the elevator car is suspended on the opposite side for contact with the elevator car. The balance weight is kept in balance, and is lifted and lowered in the manner of a bucket. In general, steel wire ropes are formed by twisting steel wires into steel wire bundles (hereinafter referred to as "strands"), and further twisting the steel wire bundles. The rope was damaged by repeated bending on sheaves and pulleys. The types of damage caused by bending and the process of breaking the sling are explained below. The damage of the sling due to repeated bending includes bending fatigue damage of the steel wire, wire wear due to...
