The intelligent transformer substation communication method is characterized by comprising steps: describing an IEC (international electrotechnical commission) 61850 model of the Ethernet switch by the aid of an RDF (resource description framework) in a form identical to that of an IEC61970CIM (common information model), designing a graphic primitive type model of the Ethernet switch in an AutoCAD (auto-computer aided design), and recording a unique identification of each corresponding resource object in the RDF model via an extended attribute in the Ethernet switch and a port graph; and creating one-to-one corresponding mapping relation between each corresponding resource in the model RDF Schema and each of the Ethernet switch and port equipment of the Ethernet switch, and creating connection relation of a port of an intelligent device and a port of the Ethernet switch by means of drawing connecting lines and folding lines in the AutoCAD.
