The method includes the steps of firstly, triaging selected bug report data into a training set and a test set; secondly, using the training set to train the machine learning models and creating the bug redistribution diagrams; thirdly, using the machine learning models to predict the bug fixing staffs of the test set; and fourthly, renewing the bug fixing staffs according to the bug redistribution diagrams.
