The method comprises the step of: receiving viewing preferred settings of a user, wherein the viewing preferred settings comprise set names and time sectors. The method comprises the steps of: inquiring a friend name according with a set of the viewing preferred settings, periodically inquiring a user and shared data objects of friends in the time sectors according with the viewing preferred settings in the community network, wherein the shared data objects are renamed by using setting time and sequenced into a lifted file according to a time shaft to be stored in a memory of the system, the inquiry period can be determined according to the activity of the user and the friends in the community network; and when receiving the file operation of the user regard to a search list, retransmitting by using the shared data objects as the listed file.
