The invention provides a sending device, a receiving device, a screen iamge transmission system, and a readable multimedia. The screen iamge transmission system comprises a receiving device and a sending device. The receiving device comprises a display unit or an externally-connected display device that is used for displaying a two-dimension barcode containing connection information. The sending device comprises an image capturing unit used for capturing the image of the two-dimension barcode. The sending device enables the two-dimension barcode to be decoded to obtain the connection information, and communication is connected between the connection information and the receiving device to transmit a screen image, thereby simplifying the operation procedures for a user.
