The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display and particularly relates to a liquid crystal lens and manufacturing and using methods thereof as well as an optoelectronic device. The liquid crystal lens comprises a first electrode layer, a first transparent substrate, a second transparent substrate, a second electrode layer and liquid crystal, wherein the second transparent substrate is attached on the lower surface of the first electrode layer; the second electrode layer is attached on the upper surface of the first transparent substrate, and comprises a first sub-electrode layer and a second sub-electrode layer, which are separated from each other; and the liquid crystal is located between the second transparent substrate and the second electrode layer. According to the liquid crystal lens and the manufacturing and using methods thereof as well as the optoelectronic device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, voltage between the first sub-electrode layer and the second sub-electrode layer is adjusted so as to determine a focusing point of the liquid crystal lens and realize the effect of large-area projection by a small-area lens; and the driving of a circuit is less and the configuration is simpler, so that the mutual interferences of electric fields are relatively smaller.
