Abstract

An inner panel (30) is folded into two, and the upper sides thereof are attached together by a seam (40) so as to form an inner bag (17). This inner bag (17) is placed on top of an outer panel (20), the outer panel (20) is folded into two, and the peripheral sections thereof are attached together by a seam (41). An inflator (11) equipped with a distributor (50) is inserted into the inner bag (17) through openings (26, 36) and a gas jetting section (11b) is disposed in the immediate vicinity of a communication opening (18).
