The transflective liquid crystal display comprises blue phase liquid crystal layers which are oppositely arranged, are divided into an upper substrate and a lower substrate and are filled between the upper substrate and the lower substrate; the thicknesses of liquid crystal boxes in a transmission region and in a reflection region are equal, and wall-shaped electrodes with the same structure and equal intervals are arranged in the transmission region and the reflection region; and voltage difference UT between the wall-shaped electrode and an adjacent wall-shaped electrode in the transmission region and voltage difference UF between the wall-shaped electrode and an adjacent wall-shaped electrode in the reflection region can meet the condition UT=sqrt(2)UF. According to the invention, electro-optic characteristics of the transmission region and the reflection region can be guaranteed to be matched, thus liquid crystal response times of the transmission region and the reflection region are the same, manufacturing difficulty of a display is reduced, and better viewing angle can be realized. The embodiment of the invention is applicable to manufacturing of the liquid crystal display.
