Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a voltage regulating circuit. The voltage regulating circuit comprises a main circuit unit, a voltage boosting unit and a switching control unit, wherein the main circuit unit is used for outputting a first voltage signal of which a voltage value is equal to that of a voltage source according to an input signal of the voltage source; the voltage boosting unit is used for outputting a second voltage signal according to the input signal, and the second voltage signal is used for forming an output signal of the voltage regulating circuit by connecting with the first voltage signal in series; and the switching control unit is used for comparing the value of the first voltage signal with the value of a preset first reference voltage, and when the value of the first voltage signal is more than or equal to that of the first reference voltage, the second voltage signal output by the voltage boosting unit is controlled to be zero. The voltage regulating circuit can solve the problems of low efficiency and high power consumption of a voltage boosting circuit in the prior art.
