Therein, the method comprises: a step 1, a computer receives an user input instruction; a Step 2, the computer determines whether the instruction is used for indicating parameter downloading, if yes, then records the parameter information indicated in the instruction; a Step 3, the computer determines whether the time gap between receiving the present instruction used for indicating parameter downloading and receiving the next instruction used for indicating parameter downloading exceeds the preset delay time; and, if not, repeats the step 1, step 2, and step 3 until the time gap between receiving the present instruction used for indicating parameter downloading and receiving the next instruction used for indicating parameter downloading is determined to exceed the preset delay time, then controls the terminal equipment externally connected to the computer to stop working, and downloads the recorded parameter information indicated in the instruction for indicating parameter downloading to the terminal equipment.
