Problems solved by technology

[0004] In addition, when the AC voltage is pressurized for a long time, it will cause the internal space of the GIS and the surface of the insulator to accumulate charges, and the accumulation of charges may affect the insulation performance of electrical equipment. Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention proposes to use a DC voltage with reversed polarity to detect the GIS. metal particle defects

Embodiment Construction

[0013] Adopt the GIS internal particle detection method of polarity reversal DC voltage, the method of the present invention is:

[0014] (1) Metallic particle defects are arranged inside the GIS, and the positive polarity DC voltage is controlled by the synchronous device to control the directional switch to communicate with the positive polarity DC voltage. The rubber hammer hammers the shell of the GIS, and the particles take off to obtain the ultrasonic signal level of the particle when the particle is moving at a positive polarity voltage, and compare and test the difference in the ultrasonic signal level before and after to evaluate and judge whether the particles inside the GIS exist or not.

[0015] (2) The synchronous device controls the direction selection switch to connect with the negative polarity DC voltage, and obtains the ultrasonic signal level of the particles when they are still through the ultrasonic partial discharge tester, and then hammers the GIS shell w...

Abstract

The invention provides a GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) inner particle detecting method adopting a polarity-reversal direct-current voltage. According to the invention, the detects of metal particles are arranged in a GIS; and meanwhile, a corresponding device controls a direction selecting switch to be communicated with cathode direct-current voltage; in a GIS testing section, an ultrasonic signal level database is obtained before and after a rubber hammer is hammered when a linear particle, a spherical particle and a plurality of quantities (or lengths) of particles are combined, and a typical ultrasonic signal level difference and a quantitative standard under positive polarity direct-current voltage and negative polarity direct-current voltage are obtained by comparing; the corresponding device controls the direction selecting switch to connect a GIS high-voltage end to the positive polarity direct-current voltage for one minute; and then, the direction selecting switch is connected to the negative polarity direct-current voltage for one minute; and the process is lasted for 10 min back and forth, so as to eliminate influences on a space charge and a residual charge, caused by applying the direct-current voltage; and the metal particles in the GIS are distinguished. The method disclosed by the invention has the obvious advantages of simplicity, small power, easiness for operation, convenience for carrying and high sensitivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of particle defect detection inside GIS electrical equipment, and is especially suitable for detecting metal particles inside GIS equipment. Background technique [0002] Due to its small size, stable operation and strong arc extinguishing ability, GIS is often used in key areas of power systems. However, the long-term operation of GIS shows that GIS has good insulation performance, but metal particles often appear inside GIS, which greatly reduces its insulation performance, which is the biggest hidden danger to the safe and stable operation of GIS. Therefore, electric power researchers hope to remove metal conductive particles in GIS or control dangerous metal particles in a safer area through GIS live detection method, so as to avoid and eliminate safety accidents caused by internal metal particles in GIS as much as possible. [0003] At present, the detection methods of insulation defects in GIS, especi...
